Memorial website in the memory of your loved one
I, Samantha, am Ronald's youngest biological daughter.  I created this website to allow others to see who he was, and to give a place that his memory would be able to be seen by all of those who knew him.

Ron was born in Miami, FL on February 5, 1937.  He grew up with his two younger siblings, Jimmy and Jackie, on South Beach (back before it was fashionable as it is now).  When he graduated from high school (North Miami High), he enlisted into the Marine Corp.  Instead of going to college, he took engineering-related courses through the Marines.  In 1963, he was discharged from the Reserves, honorably.

Ron was of the last group to be recruited and hired by IBM straight from the military without a college degree.  He went on to become a project manager, and 35 years later he retired, April 1, 1995.

In December of 2002, he was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer.  With a display of will and strength, he fought it for the next 3 years.  In 2006, from February to April he was hospitalized 3 times before his body gave up at 7:36pm, April 15, 2006.

Ronald is survived by his sister, Jackie, his 5 children, Richard, Kathy, Ronny, Andrew, and Samantha (myself), 9 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild, and his wife, Adele.
